Your patients will no longer need to telephone the office and, perhaps, linger on hold until your receptionist can take the call. Potential clients may be put off by that. Online appointment requests will never route people through endless voice mail menus. Be sure to include driving directions to your office to familiarize new patients with your location. A lost and frustrated patient may just turn around, go home and find a new dentist.
